Hi, I’m Cathy. Strategy matters — but so does how the process feels.
A Golden-based Realtor® helping buyers and sellers navigate Denver’s West suburbs with clarity, care, and confidence.
My Approach
My approach is grounded in experience, strategy, and genuine care for the people I serve. I began my real estate career behind the scenes in one of Denver’s top offices, learning every angle of the process firsthand. Today, I bring that same diligence and preparation to every client relationship — taking time to understand goals, anticipate obstacles, and create a plan that feels steady, informed, and intentional from start to finish.
Simple ideas
Real estate doesn’t need to feel overwhelming. I believe in clear communication, honest guidance, and smart decision-making rooted in data and local insight. Every neighborhood, transaction, and client is different, and I tailor my strategy accordingly — whether that means strong pricing, thoughtful positioning, or simply being available when questions arise. My job is to make the process feel manageable, transparent, and empowering.
Lasting impact
Clients often tell me they feel calm, supported, and confident working with me — and that’s exactly the experience I aim to create. I’m a problem-solver at heart, a little competitive in the best way, and deeply invested in outcomes that truly serve my clients. When I’m not working, you’ll find me on the tennis court, in the garden, traveling, or at home in Golden with my family and our two doodles, Mudge and Tater. I’m proud to live here, and honored to help others find their place in the communities that make this area so special.
Dive a littler deeper…

How did you get your start in real estate?
I began my real estate career in 2016 as the Chief Assistant to one of Denver’s Top 5 REALTORS®. During that time, I supported more than 200 transactions across the Denver Metro area, including Golden, Applewood, Arvada, Wheat Ridge, and Northwest Lakewood. It was hands-on, fast-paced training that exposed me to every type of transaction — new construction, multi-unit projects, buyers, sellers, and investors. That foundation continues to shape my approach and sets me apart in today’s competitive market.

Why do you love real estate?
I love helping people reach their goals, protecting them as consumers, and building smart strategies that give them confidence in a competitive market. Each transaction is different — buying in Applewood looks very different than buying in Wheat Ridge, Arvada, or even other parts of Golden — and I thrive in that ever-changing flow. I anticipate challenges, solve problems quickly, and stay deeply engaged from start to finish. I’m a little competitive in the best way, highly knowledgeable about the Denver area and its micro-markets, and committed to ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout the entire process.

What makes you different from other Realtors?
Before real estate, I spent two decades managing multi-million-dollar accounts, balancing complex priorities, timelines, and personalities — experience that directly informs how I advocate for my clients. I’m highly strategic, reliable, a straight shooter, and genuinely invested in client satisfaction. I give clear, honest guidance (with a little humor when it helps), and I'm known for being steady, prepared, and proactive.
My approach is data-driven and transparent: smart pricing, strong positioning, and consistent communication. Clients feel supported and informed, which is why I maintain 100% client retention and a perfect track record. I also excel in nuanced transactions like estate and trust sales, offering the steady guidance and empathy these situations require.

Why did you choose West + Main Homes?
I wanted a brokerage that was dynamic, design-forward, and aligned with my values. West + Main Homes checked every box. Their strong marketing, collaborative culture, and locally owned leadership create an environment where clients and agents thrive. With excellent education, mentorship, branding support, and accessible managing brokers, West + Main is the ideal place to deliver the level of service I expect for my clients.

Outside of real estate, how do you spend your time?
I love tennis, gardening, traveling, and spending time with my family, including my CU student and our two doodles, Mudge and Tater, who run the house with suspicious confidence. I moved to Colorado to attend CU Boulder and have been here (mostly) since graduating in 1996 — Go Buffs!
I’ve lived in 23 homes since age 18, so I understand the moving process from every angle. Real estate is also in my blood — my father and grandfather were builders — so this work feels natural. If I were not a Realtor®, I would likely strive to be a professional tennis player or a private detective, two paths that mirror my curiosity, competitiveness, and love of solving problems. I’m grateful to call Golden home and honored to serve the people and communities that make this area so special.
